English To Italian Translation Audio

Author: Hope Pope

If you're determined to learn Italian from a beginner level, please read on, here is some of my experience I want to share and I think you'll find it useful.

There're simply two ways of learning a new language, following a teacher or self-learning with an online course. If you have time limitation or a tight budget, I strongly recommend you to choose an online course. The course I've been using is called Rocket Italian with which I've achieved very satisfying results.

Right after I worked with Rocket Italian, I started using Italian when ordering food, greeting friends and even talking in simple words very quickly and confidently. In the whole package at only 0, I find the 33 audio lessons most helpful. They're so delicately designed, that I was lead to penetrate the surface of learning a new language without usual difficulties and hassles. These 33 audios are purely conversationally based with one male and one female voices. The female one is by a native Italian called Maria, whose pronunciation is pleasant, crystal clear and easy to follow. I also noticed that the structure is quite smart because old words I learned from previous courses always reappear in latter ones which can effectively reinforce my memory and make me to revise. Every lesson is focusing on one topic which is extremely useful in daily life and I actually used a lot of sayings from a lesson "At the dinner table" at a Spanish friend's and impressed them all. Rocket Italian also provides a grammar and culture lesson attached with each audio lesson which I think especially useful for those who are determined to take it to an advanced level.

Get FREE 6-Day Italian Course!

The two games MegaAudio and MegaVocab also made the whole learning journey full of fun and entertaining. MegaAudio is to help you with understanding the spoken words by giving 6 pictures and an Italian word so that you can select one from the 6. MegaVocab has a database of about 1000 words. You need to select the Italian word from the 4 options to match the given picture. Remembering new words is always the most boring and difficult part in learning a new language. MegaVocab managed to relieve me from all of that.

Make sure you try the 6-day trial course before purchasing the product to find out whether this online program suits you, which from my perspective will, especially when you don't have any experience in Italian. To say the least, even if you're not entirely satisfied with this program, the Refunding Policy until 60 days' use can eliminate your last hesitation.

Online Spanish English Translation

Author: Jon Einshemerin

As we become more globally minded both economically and socially, the need and desire to learn and understand other languages continues to grow.  Companies are developing bi-lingual websites and there is a growing need for online translation services.  One of the most widely spoken languages in the world is Spanish and online Spanish translators are abundant.

While online translation tools are plentiful, they are not without their problems.  Language is not an exact science.  Communication is about the literal meaning as well as nuances, slang, and idioms found in languages.  For example, the word "cool"; cool literally refers to being neither cool nor hot, but comfortable, in between the two.  However, "cool" is also slang for being a calm person or someone others look up to as a social standard. Online translation tool struggle with idioms, slang, and nuances found in languages.

Spanish can be especially difficult to translate as the have a different article depending on if the noun is feminine or masculine.  Using the wrong article can change the meaning of a sentence in Spanish.  Additionally, there are many different types of Spanish spoken through out the world.  Spanish spoken in Spain is different from that spoken in Central America or Mexico.

Several years ago I took a class in Spanish.  I found the online translation tools beneficial for learning the meaning of a word, sentence, or short paragraph.  While I could not use the translation given for my class work, it did provide insight into what the overall meaning.  Most teachers will tell you not to use online translations for classroom work as they are not always accurate.

A few tips that can help with online Spanish translators are; using correct grammar and punctuation, don't use abbreviations, stay away from slang and idioms, and use short sentences.  Again, don't rely on these translations when accuracy is paramount.  If accuracy is required, consider using an online translation service that uses human translators.

A face to face translator is not always required, sometimes you may want an e-mail, passage, or webpage translated.  An accurate interpretation and meaning is required in order to gain a clearer understanding.  This is where a live online interpreter comes in handy.  For a nominal fee, they will provide you with a translation as close to the original meaning as possible.

Recently, Google launched its own version of online translation for Spanish.  Google's version is unique, in that, instead of seeking for literal words, it searches for similar sentences that it knows are already accurate.  This is supposed to provide a more accurate translation from Spanish to English or visa versa.

Using online translation tools to translate Spanish to English or English to Spanish is a resource that can be useful for quick words, sentences, or paragraphs. When using these tools, remember they are limited to literal translations and are not capable giving accurate implied meanings.  When you need a literal accurate translation, your best option is using a live translator.

10 English Phrases to Use When Traveling

Author: Amy Nutt

If you do not speak English well and you must travel to an English-speaking country, it is important to know certain phrases that can make your travel easier on your. However, simply knowing them is not going to help if you don't know what they mean. You have to know what they mean in order to know what situations to use them in. If you use the wrong phrase in the wrong situation, then that could be a socially embarrassing situation.

So below are 10 English phrases that you can use when traveling so that you can effectively communicate with others and not feel so lost:

1. "Excuse me." This phrase is used if someone is standing in your path or you must pass very closely to someone. Not using this phrase could be considered rude if you just stand there waiting for them to move or you bump them.

2. If you accidentally bump into someone or you interrupt them accidentally, use the phrase "I'm sorry." This is considered polite and usually the person that was affected will shrug off the incident and say something such as, "that's okay."

3. "Where is the restroom" is a good phrase to use if you cannot find the restroom in a particular establishment. Have the person you ask, preferably an employee, to point you in the right direction or even show you where it is.

4. "How much does this cost?" This is a good question and a phrase to remember because there are times in which a price tag is not present on something and you must know how much it is. You shouldn't feel restricted when you are shopping in an English-speaking country.

5. "Thank you" is a phrase you want to use frequently. This is being polite to someone who has helped you or has given you information. It is also nice to tell sales clerks and cashiers "thank you" when they are finished serving you.

6. "I don't understand" is a phrase that can help you gain more information that you do understand. If someone is talking to you like you have spoken English your entire life, you can say this phrase to slow them down or have them break it down for you a little better.

7. "How are you?" This is another phrase to use and is a sign of courtesy, especially when someone says "hello" to you when you walk into a store or another establishment. They may ask you the same question, so "Fine, how are you?" or even "Good, how are you?"are good phrases to use.

8. "Have a nice day" is a phrase you may want to use when leaving an establishment. A "goodbye" may also suffice. If someone says to you to have a nice day, you may not want to respond with "have a nice day." If you are not sure what to say, a simple "thank you" is appropriate.

9. "You are welcome" is a phrase you want to use when someone tells you "thank you." This is frequently used when you are checking out at a checkout counter or are given the bill at a restaurant.

10. "No, thank you" is a phrase you want to use if someone offers you something and you do not want it.

These phrases can prove to be quite helpful when traveling in an English-speaking country. They will help you get around in a standard situation. However, many times the phrase is going to depend on where you are going. Some of the phrases you use may be different at the beach than in the city, so it is good to check on which phrases will help you most.

How to translate English to Spanish Sentence?

Author: Hoshy Abraham

Why learn Spanish of all languages?

Why not Italian, French, or even Russian, because it seems to be the most practical language to have these days living in the US.

With an ever-expanding Latin American population, being able to speak a language that is becoming so widely used would be an invaluable asset. Schools are even becoming bi-lingual and Spanish is stressed.

There are even parts of the country; Miami springs to mind, where there are most likely more people for whom Spanish is their first language than there are people who are native English speakers.

Even outside of the states, Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world; the ranking is apparently in dispute as I found numerous statistics. Most Latin American countries, those in Central and South America speak Spanish with an ever increasing amount of people in the United States.

That is almost an entire hemisphere full of a language. And then there is Spain as well, while that Spanish may be slightly different than the Spanish in Latin America, Spanish it still is.
There are an ever-increasing amount of reasons why people should learn Spanish. Not only because of the amount of people who speak it but in a more selfish way it is becoming increasingly valuable to speak a second language professionally. http://yourbizwebsitesreviews.com/Spanish The problem is that people in the United States tend to be more than a little arrogant in their thought that English is the most important language and they simply don't need to speak anything else.

Being bilingual gives one opportunities to live and work outside of the country that would be unavailable otherwise. It gives one options. And given the large amount of counties in which Spanish is spoken it gives one a lot of options.

Here is some of the english to spanish sentence Translation that may help you later

If there's one verb that gave me a lot of trouble when I first started learning Spanish grammar that verb was a€œgustar.a€ Many of the Spanish lessons and Spanish classes that I took in order to learn Spanish only confused me even more about the use of a€œgustar.

a€ a€œGustara€ means a€œto be pleasing toa€ or a€œto find pleasant.a€ But in many instances, Spanish speakers use it the same way that we use the verb a€œto like.a€

For example, in Spanish you don't literally say:
a€œI like the dog.a€

In Spanish you would say:
a€œMe gusta el perroa€.
That literally means a€œthe dog is pleasing to me.a€
Actually, it means a€œit pleases me the dog.a€
It may sound strange to your English-hearing ears. But you will get
used to it. Let's try it. I like the house.
Me gusta la casa.

I don't like the car.
No me gusta el carro.

You like the table.
Te gusta la mesa.

He likes the screen/monitor.
Le gusta la pantalla.

We like the bridge.
Nos gusta el puente.

They like to lie.
Les gusta mentir.

If you want to say a€œI like the dogs,a€ a couple of changes have
to take place. Can you guess what those changes are?

Of course dog (a€œperroa€) must now become plural (a€œperrosa€).
But the article (a€œela€) must also become plural (a€œlosa€).
And the verb must change from third person singular (a€œgustaa€) to
third person plural (a€œgustana€).

Let's try it:

I like the dogs.
Me gustan los perros.

You like the lakes
Te gustan los lagos.

She likes the streams
Le gustan los arroyos.

We like the rivers.
Nos gustan los rAos.

They like the waterfalls.
Les gustan las cataratas.

The following is the manner that we add clarity or emphasis, or mention the name of the person
or persons that the object is pleasing to.

A Carlos le gusta nadar.
Carlos likes to swim.

A mA me gusta la playa.
I like the beach.

A ti te gusta la orilla del mar.
You like the seashore.

The boys like the forest.
A los chicos les gusta el bosque.

They like the pool.
A ellos les gusta la piscina.

There are quite a few verbs in Spanish that follow the same construction as the verb a€œgustar.a€
Here are just a few.

Importar (to be important to)
Interesar (to be interesting to)
Faltar (to be lacking to)
Molestar (to bother or to annoy - note that this word does not mean to a€œmolesta€)
Encantar (to like)

I have also been confused about when to use a€œgustar.a€ Despite what the textbooks say,
you can use a€œgustara€ to indicate that you like someone as in a€œbeing physically attractive to someone.a€
For example,

TAº me gustas.
I like you.

Me gusta Carmen.
I like Carmen.

But if you want to say that you like someone as in a€œI get along well with (name),a€
there's a different way to say it.

Me cae bien Carmen.
I like Carmen or I get along well with Carmen. Literally, it means a€œCarmen falls well on me.a€

No me cae bien MarAa.
I don't like MarAa or I don't get along well with MarAa.

No me caes bien tAº, Or, TAº no me caes bien.
I don't get along well with you.

Let's do a few exercises with a€œgustar.a€ Translate the following sentences adding emphasis on the person or persons that the object is pleasing to. The answers appear below.
1. I like the cats.

2. You like the wedding. (Add emphasis to a€œyoua€ using the familiar form of a€œyou.a€)

3. Joseph likes the building.

4. We like the shirts.

5. All of you like the insects. (Add emphasis to a€œall of youa€)
Answers:
1. A mA me gustan los gatos. 2. A ti te gusta la boda. 3. A JosA© le gusta el edificio. 4. A nosotros nos gustan las camisas. 5. A ustedes les gustan los insectos. http://translatenglishtospanish.blogspot.com
